Manual Mode [ M ]
You can take pictures by manually adjusting the camera settings. The flash default setting for [M] Manual
mode is [ ] flash off. For long time exposure photography, be sure to set the flash setting to [ ] flash
off.
1. Rotate the mode dial to [ M ] Manual mode and power on your camera.
2. Aim the camera at your subject.
3. Press the shutter button.
You can set the shutter speed by using the button, and aperture value by using the button.
