6.2 Monitoring

Problem Solution

The installation does not appear as ‘live’ after being set

to ‘live’ on the monitoring site.

Check that all tabs on the monitoring site have been filled in corrrectly and that no ‘red crosses’ are

present.

All of the Micro-inverters show 0W power . Check the visual number on the Gateway Device to make sure all the Micro-inverters are communi-

cating.

Check that

the system is properly connected to the utility grid.

Check you have grid voltage from the AC cable on the roof.

One or only few Inverters showing 0W power Check the visual number on the Gateway device to make sure inverters are communicating.

Cannot Log-In After installation set live by installer and

user account created.

Call the Enecsys Support Function.

Excessive time elapses when downloading monitoring

data.
