3. The customer has been presented with and signed the data protection act consent form, and

that the data protection act consent form has been faxed to the Enecsys agent.

4. The the installer company has created a logcal installation using the Enecsys installation tool

and created an installation on the system.

5. The installation map has been given to the installers, the installation map contains informa-

tion regarding the following:

• Inverter placement and serial numbers.

• Specific mounting instructions.

• Parts list and collection.
