Router Configuration Process
Router Configuration Process
Figure 64 illustrates the overall sequence in which a new router configura-
tion is created after Encore is first installed. Subsequent new configurations
can employ some shortcuts, and advanced users can streamline the process
even more.

We will discuss the Router Control application functions in the order used
for router setup and configuration. For each of those screens we’ll also
explain the buttons and fields available.
This section assumes that you understand basic OUI functionality. If you
need a refresher on the Encore OUI, see
Encore OUI Description on page 37.
