1. Removethecomponentsfromtheboxandlaybenchframeonthefloorasshown
inFig.B.

2. Unfoldandraisetheuprightarmsofthesteelframefromunderthelowercross
barsandbringaroundsotheLowerCrossBarsarefaceup a n d  e r e c t  t h e s t a n d  a s  s h o w n 
intheFig.C.Pleasemakesurethatallcomponentsarealignedandtightenbuttonhead
screwsbeforeattachingboards.

3. Placewoodenbenchtopboardsontopoftheuprightswiththeroundededges
facingoutandsecurewithuppercrossbarusingthe11/4”ButtonHeadscrewsasshown
inFig.AandFig.D.PleasenotethatBoardsarelabeledBoard1andBoard2withdirectional
arrows.Ensurethelabelsideisupandwitharrowspositionedasshownandthat
roundededgesoftheboardsfacethecornersofthebench.Thesquareedgesshouldface
themiddlefacingtheotherboard.

4. Lastly,ensurethebenchisalignedstraightbeforetighteningallbuttonhead
screws.Tightenboardscrewsanduprightlegscrewsfirmlyforsafety.Donotovertighten.
Toadjust,justslightlyloosenscrewsandadjustifneeded.SaveyourAllenwrenchto
periodicallytightenthebench
