CHAPTER 1INTRODUCTION
This guide describes how to install and manage the InSpeed™ Model 370 Embedded Storage Switch for
embedded applications in storage or tape library systems.

Contact Emulex Technical Support at www.emulex.com. Click the Support tab to go to the Product
Support page. Under Switch Product Support, click the switch support E-mail link to submit service
requests.

(excluding Emulex Corporation holidays). A Technical Support Engineer will respond within 24 hours

Software Updates
Emulex periodically updates the firmware for switch products. The latest firmware releases are available
at www.emulex.com. Click the drivers, software and manuals link, and select the switch product model
