Hub
Problem Check Corrective Action
No Power AC Fuse Replace
24 VDC Fuse Replace
12 VDC Fuse Replace
Power Source Reconnect or repair
Hub Optical RX Alarm LED Indicator On front panel
Jumper Laser Output to Optical
Input, LED still not lit and/or
Alarm still present
Replace Fiber Transceiver at the
Hub
LED lights with Jumper, check
Remotes laser optical output for
proper level, if Low or
Inoperative
Replace Fiber Transmitter at the
Remote
Optical Output Good Check for optical cable break or
loose cable
Laser Alarm LED Indicator on front panel,
good optical output low or zero
Replace Fiber Transceiver
Communications Alarm Fiber Laser and Optical receive
alarms (Refer to optical RX or
laser alarm for troubleshooting)
Replace defective fiber
transceiver, transmitter or repair

Failure on all remotes proceed
