Logon request

Check for defective or loose
cables.
Check for antenna line-of-sight
interference.
Check for HPA fault.
Make sure that the HSD-440
Mark 2 Terminal is secured
properly to the ARINC connector
in the tray.
Make sure that your account is
current and active.
Terminal is not receiving Activate
maintenance
reports 21 and
23
Check for defective or loose
cables.
Make sure that the antenna
subsystem DLNA is powered.
Check for antenna line-of-sight
interference.
Verify that the ICAO is valid,
activated, and strapped correctly.
Make sure that your account is
current and active.
Make sure that the HSD-440
Mark 2 Terminal is secured
properly to the ARINC connector
in the tray.
Incoming call
failure
Incoming call shows as a
successful connection in report 23,
but call does not ring through to the
external device (telephone,
computer, fax).
Activate reports
21 and 23
Check the connection between
the HSD-440 Mark 2 Terminal
and the external device.
Check configuration of external
devices is correct. MSN must be
configured correctly for each
device connected to the system.
If MSNs are not programmed in
the user devices, incoming calls
will ring all devices.
NOTE: Zero is an invalid entry.
