• Check for defective or loose
cables.
• Check for antenna line-of-sight
interference.
• Check for HPA fault.
• Make sure that the HSD-440
Mark 2 Terminal is secured
properly to the ARINC connector
in the tray.
• Make sure that your account is
current and active.
Terminal is not receiving Activate
maintenance
reports 21 and
23
• Check for defective or loose
cables.
• Make sure that the antenna
subsystem DLNA is powered.
• Check for antenna line-of-sight
interference.
• Verify that the ICAO is valid,
activated, and strapped correctly.
• Make sure that your account is
current and active.
• Make sure that the HSD-440
Mark 2 Terminal is secured
properly to the ARINC connector
in the tray.
Incoming call
failure
Incoming call shows as a
successful connection in report 23,
but call does not ring through to the
external device (telephone,
computer, fax).
Activate reports
21 and 23
• Check the connection between
the HSD-440 Mark 2 Terminal
and the external device.
• Check configuration of external
devices is correct. MSN must be
configured correctly for each
device connected to the system.
• If MSNs are not programmed in
the user devices, incoming calls
will ring all devices.
NOTE: Zero is an invalid entry.
