WDS Link Settings
UsingtheWDS(WirelessDistributionSystem)featurewill
allowanetworkadministratororinstallertoconnectto
AccessPointswirelessly.Doingsowillextendthewired
infrastructuretolocationswherecablingisnotpossibleor inefficient
toimplement.
Note:Compatibilitybetweendifferentbrandsand models of
Access Points is not guaranteed. It is
recommendedthattheWDSnetworkbecreatedusing
thesamemodelsformaximumcompatibility.
Alsonote:AllAccessPointsintheWDSnetworkneed
tousethesameChannelandSecuritysettings.
TocreateaWDSnetwork,pleaseentertheMACaddresses
oftheAccessPointsthatyouwantincludedintheWDS.
TherecanbeamaximumoffourAccessPoints.
Note:OnlyapplicableinWDSAPandWDSBridgemodes.

Mode : Select to disable or enablefrom the drop-down list.
Save: Click Save to confirm the changes.
