EmpireComfortSystemsInc.warrantiesthishearthproducttobefreefromdefectsatthetimeofpurchaseandfortheperiodsspeci-
edbelow.Hearthproductsmustbeinstalledbyaqualiedtechnicianandmustbemaintainedandoperatedsafely,inaccordancewith
theinstructionsintheowner’smanual.Thiswarrantyappliestotheoriginalpurchaseronlyandisnottransferable.Allwarrantyrepairs
mustbeaccomplishedbyaqualiedgasappliancetechnician.
Limited Lifetime Parts Warranty with a Five-Year Limited Labor Warranty – Combustion Chamber and Heat Exchanger
Ifthecombustionchamberorheatexchanger(seepartslist)failsbecauseofdefectiveworkmanshipormaterial,Empirewillrepair
or replace at Empire’s option.
Withinveyearsfromthedateofpurchase,Empirewillpayreasonablelabortohavethedefectivepartrepairedorreplacedat
Empire’s option.
Limited Five-Year Parts & Labor Warranty – All Other Components
(ExceptRemoteControls,Thermostats,AccessoriesandReplacementParts)
Shouldanypartfailbecauseofdefectiveworkmanshipormaterialwithinveyearsfromthedateofpurchase,Empirewill

Shouldanyremotecontrol,thermostat,accessory,orotherpartfailbecauseofdefectiveworkmanshipwithinoneyearfrom
the date of purchase, Empire will repair or replace at Empire’s option.
Duties Of The Owner
Theappliancemustbeinstalledbyaqualiedinstallerandoperatedinaccordancewiththeinstructionsfurnishedwiththeap-
pliance.
Abillofsale,cancelledcheck,orpaymentrecordshouldbekepttoverifypurchasedateandestablishwarrantyperiod.
Ready access to the appliance for service.
What Is Not Covered
Damages that might result from the use, misuse, or improper installation of this appliance.
Travel, diagnostic costs and freight charges on warranted parts to and from the factory.
Claimsthatdonotinvolvedefectiveworkmanshipormaterials.
Unauthorized service or parts replacements.
Removal and reinstallation cost.
Inoperableduetoimproperorlackofmaintenance.
How To Get Service
Tomakeaclaimunderthiswarranty,pleasehaveyourreceiptavailableandcontactyourinstallingdealer.Providethedealer
withthemodelnumber,serialnumber,typeofgas,andpurchaseverication.Theinstallingdealerisresponsibleforprovidingserviceand
willcontactthefactorytoinitiateanywarrantedpartsreplacements.Empirewillmakereplacementpartsavailableatthefactory.Shipping
expensesarenotcovered.
