Maintenance of Firing Engine
Firing Engine maintenance should be performed approximately every 10,000 - 20,000 shots.
1. Remove the Bolt Tip from the bolt by squeezing the rubber tip and pulling it off.
2. Unscrew the Air Guide by turning the Air Guide counter-clockwise to remove from the
Back Cap. The Bolt Spring will come out with the Bolt Guide.
3. Push the Bolt out of the back of the Air Guide.
4. Unscrew the Bolt Guide from the Back Cap. Remove old grease and debris from Firing
Engine.
5. Wipe the parts down with a clean rag removing any old grease or debris.
6. Inspect the O-Rings on both the bolt and Air Guide for any wear or damage. Replace dam
aged or worn O-Rings if necessary.
7. Lubricate the inner O-Ring on the Back Cap (#5 from O-Ring Diagram).
8. Apply grease to #6 Bolt O-ring and apply a light coat of grease to entire bolt.
