4-5 BURNER INTERNAL COMPONENTS a. Disassembly of Burner / Thermal Block
1. Remove oven from analyzer module per Section
4-3a.
2. Remove burner / thermal block from oven per
Section 4-3b.
3. Refer to Figure 4-6. Disconnect sample capillary
nut at base of burner.
4. Remove screw securing thermal block to burner.
5. Carefully pull burner away from thermal block.

BURNER CONTAMINATION
Do not handle internal parts of the burner with bare
hands. All tools used for maintenance must be free
of contaminates.
