2.7 Module Accessories
2.7.1 GXEXP - Expander Cable
The Site I/O Expander Cable is an 18-inch long or 24-inch long expander cable used between the
Site I/O X8/0 modules. Because expander modules plug directly into the side of the adjoining module,
the grouping tends to become very long in the horizontal direction. Use only one (1) GXEXP cable to
break up this horizontal length.
2.7.2 RCM10PSKIT - Power Supply Kit
The 24VDC power supply kit to be used with the Site I/O modules and four-wire analog transducers
must be mounted outside the Site I/O module. This power supply is needed only when four-wire trans-
ducers are used. This power supply will accommodate a Site I/O 32/0 fully loaded with 4-20mA trans-
ducers.
2.7.3 XFMR24 - 24V Transformer
Each SiteLink, Site I/O and SiteTPI module requires a 24-volt transformer. This model requires a pri-
mary of 120VAC, 50-60Hz wall plug (American Duplex) to 24VAC @ 40VA secondary. The secondary
has screw terminal connections.
2.7.4 ENCLOSURE - Standard Site Metal Enclosure
An empty site enclosure can be used to house the Site I/O X8 module.
2.7.5 TM115 - 115VAC Transformer Module
The TM115 transformer module converts 115VAC to two 24VAC outputs. The unit includes an On/Off
switch, a 115VAC power receptacle and 2 x 24VAC ports @ 40VA.
2.7.6 TM230 - 230VAC Transformer Module
The TM230 transformer module converts 230VAC to two 24VAC outputs. The unit includes an On/Off
switch and 2 x 24VAC ports @ 40VA.
