SET USERS
Primary Phone:
Type the primary phone number of the user that the system will use for
callbacks, System Alarm Reports, and User Reports (20 characters
maximum), then press
ENTER

Note:
If the alarm report is to be initiated through a pager, set the user
phone number to that of the paging system. If the remote
paging system requires a Personal Identification Number (PIN) to
gain access, then the PIN must be entered as part of the user
phone number. This is done by entering the pager system phone
number followed by the character ‘B’ followed by the PIN and any
terminating character required (for example, ‘#’).
Valid Times for Primary Phone
The primary phone number or primary Email will be used by the system
only during valid days and hours, as programmed below.
From Day:
Type the beginning day of the week the user wants to be contacted at
the primary phone number for callbacks and primary phone number or
primary Email for System Alarm Reports and User Reports (1-7,
Sunday=1), then press
ENTER

Thru Day:
Type the ending day of the week the user wants to be contacted at the
primary phone number for callbacks and primary phone number or
primary Email for System Alarm Reports and User Reports (1-7,
Sunday=1), then press
ENTER

From Hour:
Type the beginning hour of the day the user wants to be contacted at
the primary phone number for callbacks and primary phone number or
primary Email for System Alarm Reports and User Reports (00-23),
then press
ENTER

Thru Hour:
Type the ending hour of the day the user wants to be contacted at the
primary phone number for callbacks and primary phone number or
primary Email for System Alarm Reports and User Reports (00-23),
then press
ENTER

Example: If 16 is entered, the primary phone # or primary Email is used
through 16:59.
Alternate Phone:
Type an alternate phone number the system will use for callbacks,
System Alarm Reports, and User Reports when the current date or time
is not valid as programmed above (20 characters maximum), then
press
ENTER

Note:
If System Alarm Reports and User Reports are to be initiated
through a pager, do not enter an alternate phone number.
Primary E-mail:
Type the Email address the system is to use for System Alarm Reports
and User Reports during the "Valid Days & Hours for Primary Phone
Number", then press
ENTER
.
Alternate E-mail:
Type the Email address the system is to use for System Alarm Reports
and User Reports outside of the "Valid Days & Hours for Primary Phone
Number", then press
ENTER
