On-Site service support: 7x24 support (within 150 miles
of regional service center) and 100 percent labor and
travel coverage.
100% parts coverage: For internal batteries, POD (Power
Output Distribution) and web card.
7x24 Access to customer resolution center and on-line access to
Customer Services Network.
Preventative Maintenance in third to fth year for 5-10kVA
models only.
