Success in today’s competitive environment
requires safe and reliable equipment
performance. FIELDVUE
Performance
Diagnostics can detect issues and provide
recommendations for correcting conditions
that could lead to unplanned shutdowns.
Valves are notorious for friction and dead band
problems that add variability and cost you
money. Performance Diagnostics will help unveil
conditions so you can maximize throughput and
make sound predictive maintenance decisions.
Easy Diagnostics, No Roadblocks
“I can’t shut down my process to run valve
diagnostics!” Using FIELDVUE instruments,
you can diagnose, analyze, and trend valve
diagnostic data while the valves are in service.
You are given a real-time, accurate picture of
valve health, not just numbers and graphs, all
without impacting your process.
“I can’t sit at my computer all day watching the
valves!” The Triggered Profile diagnostic watches
your valves, even when you’re not. Schedule it to
collect data automatically or when triggered by
a certain event. ValveLink
software is equipped
with an Event Messenger feature that can alert
you when a trigger condition is detected.
“Even if I can get the diagnostic information, I don’t
know what the curves mean!” Know the condition
of your valve at a glance by checking the “green,
yellow, red light” feature in ValveLink software.
Green, yellow, and red light symbols designate
the level of importance. Recommended actions
are also provided.
n Green light - OK
n Yellow light - Needs maintenance soon
n Red light - Maintenance required
ValveLink software includes:
n ValveLink Solo
n AMS ValveLink SNAP-ON
n ValveLink Mobile
