Appleton’s PowerPlex
™
Panelboard delivers component-level protection that increases
hazardous location safety and  exibility while greatly reducing and simplifying
maintenance. It transfers the  amepath from the panelboard enclosure to individual
circuit breaker housings. Its modular design o ers the convenience of  eld-
replaceable breakers.  e PowerPlex Panelboard is most commonly used for lighting,
heat tracing and other electrical equipment.
Electrical Characteristics/Properties
• 3-circuit to 48-circuit panelboard con gurations
• Main breakers available up to 150 Amps
• Branch circuit breakers available in 1-, 2- and 3-pole combinations with 10 to 150 Amp
range – can be locked in ON or OFF position with no breaker tripping interference
• Available voltages are 120/208, 120/240, 240, 277/480, 480, 347/600 and 600 Vac

• GFI version, 5mA and 30mA, single pole, 40 Amps maximum

• Choice of internal or self-aligning external actuation
• Modular design and  exible mounting footprint provide almost
endless breaker con gurations
• Optional heaters available
