Device Information
Screens
The following screens will show the device diagnostics depending on the state
of the device.
Network Status Screen 4.11: the device has joined
a network and has been fully configured and has
multiple (2 or more) parents.
Device Information - Failure: there is a critical
error which may prevent the device from operating
correctly. Check additional screens for more
information.
Alert Present: - at least one alert is present. This
screen will not display if no alerts are present.
Low Supply Voltage: the terminal voltage is below
the recommended operating range - if this is a
power module operated device, the power module
should be replaced - for line powered devices, the
supply voltage should be increased.
Radio Failure: the device cannot retrieve
information from the radio - the device may still be
operational and publishing HART data.
