ThefollowingtabledescribestheinformationavailableontheInfotab.
Field Description
Name The name of the receiver you are logged in to.
Firmware Version The firmware version of the receiver.
Hardware Version The hardware version of the receiver.
Part Number The part number of the receiver.
EID The electronic ID of the receiver.
Serial Number The serial number of the receiver.
Switch Name The name of the switch the receiver is connected to.
Switch EID The electronic ID of the switch.
Switch IP address The IP address of the switch.
Switch Port The port on the switch where the receiver is connected.

Toresetthereceiver,clickReset Receiver.Theresetoptionissimilartoapowercycle.
Toresetatransmitter,youmusthaveaKVMsessionconnectedfromyourreceivertothetransmitteryouwishto
reset.WhenyouclickReset Transmitter,itresetstheconnectedtransmitterandisequivalenttopoweringthe
transmitteroffandbackon.Youmightresetatransmitteriftherewasnokeyboard/mousefunctionafter
connectingtoit.
NOTE:Resetting a transmitter may affect other users if they are connected to the same transmitter in a shared session.
