For new Rack Power Manager customers, the professional services team is available for installing and
configuring the software. This can be coupled with PDU installation if needed.
Database Integration:
The database framework of Rack Power Manager gives the customer the flexibility of sharing the captured real
power metrics between other solutions such as Avocent’s Data Center Planner. This framework also provides
Avocent services an integration point to create custom reports based on the needs of the business.
