Shipping Requirements Failure to comply with this procedure will result in the shipment being refused. 1. Write the RMA number on the shipping package. 2. THIS EQUIPMENT, BEING RETURNED "FOR REPAIR," HAS BEEN COMPLETELY DECONTAMINATED AND CLEANED.
