3 Year Warranty for our TV Mounts
● The customer whose name is shown in the invoice must present the product’s
proof of purchase and this warranty certificate
● This warranty certificate becomes effective from the date of purchase.
● that the company will repair the product, at no cost, if the product is still under
warranty
● Emerald will either repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished
replacement parts
● During the Warranty Period, Emerald will repair or replace, at no charge,
products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material
or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
The Warranty will not be valid
● If the customer does not present a copy of the purchase order.
● Warranty certification information is not completed
● Damage to the product caused by improper operation or use, by not following
user manual instructions or defects caused by external sources,impact, paint,
cosmetic damage in general, scratches, fissures, evidence of residues of water,
food inside the unit.
● Damage to the product caused by loss or accidental such as fire
