7) The Advanced window displays the selected Tag ID. Confirm that the correct Access

Point is selected.

8) Click on the Update Tag Firmware button. The update should only take about ten

seconds. The result (“Success” or “Failure”) will be displayed on the button. If the result

is “Success”, the Tag’s red and green LEDs will both be on. If the result is “Failure”,

move the Tag closer to the Access Point and try again.
