On the Setup tab, you can define User Field 1, User Field 2, and User Field 3 if desired. These

represent the three fields in the PariRange User Interface application that are available for your

custom use. Note that they are defined as Field 1, Field 2, and Field 3 by default. If you change

these definitions, the applicable fields will need to be pulled back into each of the pivot tables

from the field lists.

Importing Data

On the Setup tab, click each button to select the three .CSV files that you want to import.

• Device Assignment File: This file must contain Tag assignment information.

• User Information File: This file must contain User information.

• Contact Data File: This file must contain Tag contact data.

Click the Import/Refresh button. The length of time that this process takes to complete will

depend on the amount of data being imported. It is not uncommon for a large data set to take

several minutes to import/refresh. A pop-up window will indicate when this is complete.

Data Analysis and Reports

The reporting tool has three data analysis and reporting tabs. Each has a pre-configured pivot

table with a specific purpose.

• Detail of User Contact: This tab facilitates contact tracing. You can select a User of

interest and quickly identify which Users they have been in contact with.

• Number of Contacts: This tab analyzes the number of contacts that have occurred.

• Duration of Contact: This tab analyzes the duration of contacts that have occurred.
