Troubleshooting Tips Do not attempt to open the PariRange Contact Tracing Tag to view or repair any internal hardware. This is unsafe and will void the warranty. My PariRange Contact Tracing Tag is not charging. Confirm that the charger is plugged in and that the Tag is properly positioned on the charger. The charging icon on the back of the tag must be in the center of the Qi charger. The Tag may take up to fifteen minutes to indicate a successful connection to the charger if fully discharged.
My PariRange Contact Tracing Tag has been sitting on the charger for over 7 hours, but the green light is still pulsing. The Tag will show a solid green LED when fully charged. Charging will stop once the battery reaches a full charge and the green LED will remain solid. The battery will deplete to approximately 90% and then charging will begin again. Once the Tag begins to charge, the green LED will pulse until the Tag is fully charged. This cycle will repeat until the Tag is removed from the charger.
