1. Spread a big amount of adhesive material on the surface of the riser
2. Place the coating pieces on the riser and press them to get an optimal adherence.
3. Then, spread a big amount of adhesive mortar on the tread and align the profile to its vertex so it
rests on the riser (Do not let overhang, the leverage may remove the step and the tiles). Then press
it to let the adhesive mortar pass through the holes of the anchoring wing.
4. Place a piece of coating on the tread, align it to the profile and press them to get a perfect adhesion.
You can tap it softly with a rubber hammer
5. Clean the possible leftover material and let dry.
If you are going to install Novopeldaño® MINI with ceramic or coatings that are placed with adhesion
material:
If you are going to do a dry installation, with vinyl type ooring for example, you can use the holes in the
xing wing to screw and x the prole. Once the piece of the coating has been placed on the riser, align
the prole, mark the position of the holes, drill and x with the screws (not supplied). Then continue
laying the coating.

Novopeldaño® MINI is a profile made by extrusion of aluminum. The anodizing process improves
the corrosion resistance, mechanical resistance and appearance of profiles. It has the quality seal
Qualanod, which guarantees the quality of the process and the resulting profiles. This seal regulates
several tests: appearance and color, thickness measurements, sealing and impregnation control,
abrasion resistance, lightfastness, acetic saline chamber and nitric acid immersion.
The aluminum has excellent chemical, physical and mechanical properties. It is lightweight, tough,
ductile, malleable and highly durable
