To get to the export menu, click on Menu -> File -> Export...
Several variants of export from the application are possible:
1. You can export e-mails to .eml files.
2. You can export contacts to .vcf files.
3. You can export events to .ics files.
4. You can export tasks to .ics files.
5. You can export settings to .xml file.
