3.8 SET TITLE

The title text is the label used to identify the dome viewed on the monitor. Up to 15 characters can be used for a title.

Enter the main menu of the dome and select the SET TITLE to ON, and then exit the menu. Call preset11 for twice within 5 se-

conds to enter the SET TITLE menu, as shown in Figure 3.8.1

Move the cursor to the position beside TITLE and then enter the character by calling preset, e.g., the callup of presets 1-9 cor-

respond to the numbers 1-9 respectively, and preset 10 corresponds to 0.

We have provided a software for users to query about the codes corresponding to the characters to be entered in the title. Refer

to the following figure:

For example, enter the characters HALL in the text box and click OK. The corresponding codes (0227-0220-0231-0231) will ap-

pear in the following text box.

In the SET TITLE menu, call preset 10, preset 2, preset 2, preset 7, preset 10, preset 2…preset 10 in sequence, and the corre-

sponding numerals, characters and position message will appear on the screen.

Call preset 16 to delete the character at current position. Call preset 12 for twice within 5 seconds to exit the title settings and

display the title at the lower right corner; call preset 1 for twice within 5 seconds to exit the title settings and display the title at

the lower left corner; call preset 14 for twice within 5 seconds to exit the title settings and display the title at the upper left cor-

ner; and call preset 15 for twice within 5 seconds to exit the title settings and display the title at the upper right corner.

After exit from the SET TITLE menu, calling preset 12 for twice within 5 seconds will delete the defined title and not display the

title on the screen.
