Problem Solution or Reason
Printer cuts (melts) through
the transfer ribbon. The rib-
bon is advancing at the same
rate as the label stock.
1. Verify that the printing heat is set to it’s
recommended level. See Printer Media
Temperature Settings, Appendix A.
GREEN and AMBER are
alternately flashing.
1. Check for Out-of-Media condition or
missing labels in the middle of a roll.
2. Check that the ribbon and label stock
are correctly routed.
3. Ensure that print mode program settings
match the print mode.
