Complex Mode: Camera and LookAt Path
Tips
• You can declare a spline as a path using any one of these methods:
Animation Toolbar buttons, pop-up menu while a spline is selected in
QuadroView, or Animation commands in AutoCAD.
• To prevent the viewer from seeing the paths while animating, or for further
work, you can hide the paths by using the appropriate Animation Toolbar
buttons, the equivalent options in the Camera > Animation submenu, or the
Animation commands in AutoCAD.
• To change the position of a key marker on one of the paths, you can move the
marker only between the two boundary markers of the enclosing interval.
Note: You cannot overlap intervals.
• The Animation data is saved in the
.DWG
file of AutoCAD (if you have
updated the data in AutoCAD using the Update button) and in the
.IV
file of
QuadroView, so you can reload and replay it later.
• You also can generate an
.AVI
file and distribute it over the Internet, send it
by e-mail, or burn it to a CD as VCD/SVCD (VideoCD/Super VideoCD) and
play it on a DVD player.
