For information regarding the recycling of this product you must contact the company from which you orignially purchased it.
If you are discarding this product and not returning it for repair then you must ensure that it is returned as identified by your supplier.
This product is not to be thrown away with everyday waste - Directive 2002/96/EC Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment.

Note This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the li mits for
a Class B digital device, pursuant to part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits
are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interface in a
residential installation. This equipment generates; uses and can radiate radio
frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the
instructions, may cau se harmful interference to radio communications.
However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular
installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television
reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is

This equipment is in compliance with the essential requirements and other relevant
provisions of Directive 1999/5/EC.
Product Warranty
Elpas Solutions Ltd. (ELPAS or the Company), and its affiliates, warrants its products (here i naf t e r re f e r red to as "th e Pr o d u c t ” ) to be f r e e of d efects in m a t e rials a n d
work mansh ip under normal operating conditions and use for a pe riod of one year f rom the date of shipment by ELPAS. The Comp a n y ’s o b lig a t ions shall b e l i m i t e d w ith i n
the warranty period, at its option, to repair o r to replace the def ective Prod u c t or any defective component or part the reof. To exercise th is warranty, the p roduct must be
returned to the manufacturer freight p repaid and insured.
This warranty does not a p p ly to repairs or replacement caused by imp roper installation, P roduct misuse, failure to follow installation o r operating instru c tions, alt erat ion,
abuse, accident, tamperin g , repair by anyone other than ELPAS, exte rnal causes, and f ailure to perform required preventi ve maintenance. Th is warranty also does not
apply to an y products, accessories, or attachments used in con junction with the Product, including batteries, which shall be cove red so lely by their o wn warranties, if any.
ELPAS shall not be liable f or any da mage or loss whatsoever, whether directly, indirectly, incidentally, consequentially or otherwise, resulting from a malf unction o f the
Product due to products, accessories, or attachments of others , inc luding batte ries, used in co njun ction with th e Product.
ELPAS MAKES NO EXPRESS WARRANTIES EXCEPT THOSE STA TED IN TH IS STATEMENT. ELPAS DISCLAIMS ALL OTHE R WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPL IED,
INCL UDING W ITHOUT LIMITAT ION IMPLIED W ARRANTIES O F MERCHANTA BILITY AND FIT NESS FOR A PAR T IC ULAR PU RPOSE. ELPAS’ S S O L E R E S P O N S IBIL ITY
FOR W ARRANTY CLAIMS IS LIMITED TO REPAIR OR TO REPLACE AS SET FORT H IN THIS STA TEME NT.
ELPAS shall have no liability for any d eath, persona l injury, property damage, or other loss whether d ire ct, indirect, incidenta l, consequential, or otherwise, b ased on a
cla i m that the Product failed to function. However, if ELPAS is held liab le, whether directly o r indirect ly, f or any lo ss or damage arising under this li mite d warranty or
otherwise, regardless of cause o r origin, ELPAS's maxi mum liability shall b e limited to the purchase price of the Product, which shall be fixed as liquidated damages and
not as a penalty, and shall be the co mplete a nd exclusive liability of ELPAS.
ELPAS shall n ot, under any circumstances whatsoeve r, be liab le for any inaccuracy, e rro r of judgment, def ault, or neglige n ce of ELPAS, its employees, off icers, agents,
or a ny other party, or of the purchaser or user, a rising f rom any a ss istance o r commun ication of any kind regarding the configuration, d esign, installation, or creat ion of
security sy stem in volv ing the Produc t, that being the responsibility of the purchase r or user. f ELPAS is unable to make such repair or rep lacement , E LPAS’s e n t i r e
liab ility sha ll be limited to the cost of a reasonable substitute product. ELPAS shall not be responsib le f or any dismantl ing, installation, re installat ion, purchasing,
ship p ing, insurance, or any similar cha rges.
ELPAS shall have no liability f or any damages, including without limitation, any dire ct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequentia l damages, expenses, costs, profits,
lost savings or earnings, or other da mages arising out of the use of the Pro d uct or the re moval , installation, reinstallation , repair or rep lacement of the Product or any
related events. In the event that there is any liability against ELPAS, such l iability shall be li mited to the purchase price of the Product which amount shall be fixed as
liqu idated damages.
The purchase r and user understand that this Product may be compromised or circumvented by intentional acts; that the Product will not in all cases p revent de ath,
personal injury, p roperty damage, o r ot her loss result ing f rom burglary, robbery, f ire or other causes; and that the Product will n o t in all cases p rovide adequate warning
or protection. The purchaser and user also understand that a properly installed and maintained alarm may reduce th e risk of e vents such as burgla ry, robbery, and fire
without warning, b ut it is not insurance or a guarantee that such events will not occur or that there will be no death, personal inju ry, p ropert y damage, or other loss a s a
resul t of such events.
By purcha sing the P roduct, the purchaser and user shall defend, indemnify and hold ELPAS, its officers, directors, aff iliates, subsidiaries, agents, servants, employees,
and authorized representatives ha rmless f rom and against any and all cla ims, suits, costs, da mages, and judgments incurred, c laimed, or su stained wheth e r for death ,
personal inju ry, p roperty damage, or otherwise, because of or in any way rela ted to the configuration, design, installation, or creation of a securit y s ystem involving the
Product, and the use, sale, d ist ribution, a n d installation of the Product, including payment of any and all attorn e y ’ s f e e s , cost s , a n d expense s i n c u r r e d a s a r e s u l t o f a n y
such e vents.
The purchase r o r user should follow the Product installation and operation instructions and test the Product and the entire s ystem at least once each week. For various
reasons, in cluding but not limited to changes in environmental conditions, electric, electronic, or electromagnetic d isruptions, and ta mpering, the Product may not perform
as exp ected. The purchaser and u se r are advised to take all necessary pre cautions for the prot ection and safety of perso ns and property.
This statement provides ce rtain legal rights. Other r ights may va ry by state or country. Under certain c ircumstances, some st ates or countries may not allow exclusion or
limitation of incidental or consequential d amages o r implied warrantie s, so the above e xclusions may not apply under those c ircumstances and in those states or
countrie s.
ELPAS rese rves the right to modify this sta tement at any time, in its sole discretio n w ithout notice to any purchaser or user. H owe ver, this sta tement shall not be mo d if ied
or varied except by ELPAS in writing, and ELPAS does not author ize any single individual to act on its behalf to mod ify or vary this statement.
