For information regarding the recycling of this product you must contact the company from which you orignially purchased it.
If you are discarding this product and not returning it for repair then you must ensure that it is returned as identified by your supplier.
This product is not to be thrown away with everyday waste - Directive 2002/96/EC Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment.

materials and workmanship under normal operat ing condit ions and use fo r a period of one year from the date o f shipment by Elpas. The

component or part the reof . To exer ci se this warranty, the product must b e retu rned to the man uf acturer fre ight prepa id and insured.
This war ranty do es not apply to repai rs or repla cement caused by improper in stallation, P roduct misu se, f ailure to follow ins ta llation or ope rating
in st ructions, alteration, abuse, accident, tampering, repair by anyone other th an Elpas, externa l causes, and failure to perform requi red preventive
maintenance. This war ranty also does not app ly to any products, acces sori es, or attachment s used in conjun ct io n with the Prod uct, including
batterie s, wh ich sha ll be co vered so lely by th eir own warrantie s, if any. Elpas shall not be liable f or any damage o r loss what soever, whethe r
directl y, indire ctly, in cidenta ll y, conse quentiall y or o ther wise , resu lt ing from a ma lfunction of the Product due to products , accessories, or
attachments of othe rs, includ ing batter ies, used in conjunct ion with the Product.

Elpas shall have no liabi lity for any death, personal injury, pro pe rty damage, o r othe r loss wh ether dire ct, indirect, incidenta l, con sequen tial, or
otherwise, based on a claim that the Product fa iled to function. Howeve r, if Elpas is held liable, whethe r directly or in directly, fo r any loss or
damage arising under this li mited warr an ty or otherwise , rega rdle ss of cause or origin, the company's maximum lia bil ity sha ll be limited to the
purchase p ri ce of the Product, wh ich shall be f ixed a s liquidated damages and not as a penalty , and shall be the comp lete and exclusive liabilit y of
Elpas.
Elpas shall no t, unde r a ny circumstances wha tsoever, be lia ble f or any in accuracy, e rror o f judgment, default, or negligence of Elpas , its
employees, off icers, agen ts, or any other p arty, or of the purchaser or use r, arising from any assistance or co mmuni cation of any kind regarding
the con figuration, design, installation, or creation of se curity system invo lving the Pro duct, that being the respons ibi lity of the purchaser or user. f
Elpas is un able to make such repair o r replace ment, the co mp any’ s e nt i re li a b il i t y sha l l be l imited to the co st of a reasonable subst itu te prod uc t.
Elpas shall not be respons ib le f or any d is mantl ing , in stallation, re insta llat ion, p urchasing, sh ipping , insu ran ce, o r a ny similar c harges .
Elpas shal l have no liability for any damage s, includin g without limita tion, any direc t, ind ire ct, incidental, specia l, or consequential da mages,
expenses, costs, prof its, lost savings or earn ings, or othe r damages ar ising out of the use of the Product or the removal, in stallation,
reins tallation, repair or re place ment of the Product or any re la ted events. In the eve nt tha t there is any liab il ity against Elpas, such liabil ity shall
be limi ted to the purchase price of the Product which a mount sh all be f ixed as liquidated damages.
The purchaser and user understan d that this P roduct may be compro mised or circumve nted by intent io nal acts; tha t the Product will not in all
cases prevent death, personal injury, prope rty damage, or other lo ss resul tin g f rom b urg la ry, robbery, fire or other causes; and that the P roduct
wi ll not in a ll cases p rov ide ade qu ate warn ing or protect ion. The pu rchase r a nd user also understand that a prope rl y in stalle d and maintained
alarm ma y reduce the risk of events such as burg lary, robbe ry, and fire witho ut warning , but it is not insu rance or a guaran tee that such events
wi ll not occur or that the re will be no death, personal in jury, p roperty damage, or other loss as a resu lt of such eve nts.
By purcha sing the Product, the purchaser and use r sh all def end, indemnif y and hold Elpas, its officers, directo rs, a ffiliates, su bs idia rie s, a gents,
servant s, employees, and authorized represe ntat ive s harmle ss fro m and against any and all claims, suits, costs, damages, and judgments
in cur red , cla imed, or su stained whether f or death, persona l inju ry, prope rt y damage, or otherwise, becau se of or in any way related to the
configuration, design, insta llat ion, or cre ation of a security syste m involving the Product, a nd th e use, sale, distribution, and instal lat ion of the
Product, includ ing payment of any and all a t t o rn ey ’s fe e s , c o sts, a n d e xp e ns e s i n c u rr e d a s a r e su l t of a n y s u ch e ve n ts .
The purchaser o r user should follow the Product insta llation and operat ion instructions and test the Product and the enti re s ystem at least once
each week. Fo r va rious reasons, incl uding but not l imited to ch anges in e nvironmental conditions, ele ctric, e lectron ic, o r electro magnetic
disruptions, and tamper ing, the Product may not perf orm as expected. The purchase r and user are advised to take all necessa ry p recautions f or
the protect ion and saf ety of persons a nd property.
This s tatement prov ides ce rtain legal rights. Other right s ma y vary by state or country. Under ce rta in circu mstances, some st ates or countries may
not allow exclus ion or limita tion of inciden tal or consequentia l d amage s or implied warrant ies, so the above exclusions may not apply under those
circumstances and in tho se states o r countries.
Elpas reserve s the right to modify this statement at any ti me, in its sole discretion without notice to any purchaser or user. Ho we ver, this
statement shall not be modified or varied except by Elpas in writing, and Elpas does not authorize any single individual to act on its
behalf to modify o r vary this statement. Any questions about this statement should be directed to
Elpas.
