Tastbildschirme: Überblick
Normalerweise kommuniziert der Benutzer über eine Maus, eine Tastatur oder
beides mit einem Rechner. Benutzer, die den Umgang mit der Tastatur oder
Maus nicht beherrschen, sind oft über die komplizierte Bedienung des
Computers verärgert.
Man muß erst lernen, wie man einen Rechner bedient. Erschwerend kommt
hinzu, daß die meisten Menschen mit einer Maus oder Tastatur nicht auf
intuitive oder natürliche Weise umgehen können. Tastbildschirme machen die
Tastatur/Maus überflüssig, wodurch deren Handhabung nicht mehr erlernt
werden muß, und ermöglichen einen natürlichen Informationsfluß zwischen
dem Benutzer und einem Recher.
Wenn ein Benutzer auf einem Rechner mit Tastbildschirm Informationen
aufrufen oder eine Funktion ausführen möchte, genügt eine ein- fache
Berührung, um dasselbe Ergebnis zu erzielen, für das früher eine komplizierte
Eingabe auf der Tastatur oder eine exakte Mausbewegung erforderlich war.
Wenn sich der Kunde bei einer Transaktion über den Computer ärgern muß,
kann das Unzufriedenheit auslösen. Tastbildschirme verhindern unangenehme
Situationen, da sie für einen natürlichen Informationsfluß sorgen, der Ihren
Produkten und Dienstleistungen zugute kommt. Tastbildschirme beschleunigen
die Interaktion- zwischen dem Benutzer und dem Rechner. Der Benutzer erreicht
sein Ziel schneller und einfacher.
