Error message: OUT OF RANGE The graphics adapter is set for a refresh rate or a line
frequency that is too high. Select another display mode
with lower frequencies as directed by your video card
vendor.
Self diagnostics message: NO
SIGNAL
This message indicates that the signal is missing or
faulty. Check that the signal cable connector is properly
connected and that the connection pins are not bent or
damaged. If the connector is loose, tighten the connector
screws. Check that the PC is powered on.
