Elo’s touchmonitors are used throughout the entertainment, amusement,
and gaming markets. They can be found in legal gaming casinos, inter-
active coin-operated amusement games, and frequent-player kiosks. Elo

Touch: The Natural Interface
Touch is the most natural interface between player and machine. The
simplicity of a touch interface is less intimidating and more inviting than
a separate input device; it allows players to concentrate on the activity
presented on the screen without having to coordinate the hand-eye
movements of an input device. Touch also enables a single user to play
multiple games on one machine and gives software developers more
freedom to develop creative games with unique payoffs and bonuses.
The Game Goes On
Elo’s touchscreens are sensitive enough to respond to a very light touch
from a finger, soft stylus, or gloved hand, yet sturdy enough to be unfazed
by dirt, scratches, or cigarette ash, and they can be sealed against liquid
spills—so the game goes on, uninterrupted.
Extended Family
Elo’s family of open-frame CRT and LCD gaming monitors now encom-
passes 14 models, ranging from 12.1" through 19". It includes 17" and
19" true flat CRT monitors, and 15", 17", and 19" spherical CRT monitors.
The LCD family includes 15", 17", and 18" rear mount monitors with wide
viewing angles.
Reliability
You expect your desktop monitor never to fail—and the same should be
true of your gaming monitor. Elo’s open-frame gaming monitors incorpo-
rate proven basic circuits from desktop monitors, made more rugged
specifically for the gaming and amusement industry. All of Elo’s gaming

Open-Frame Consistency
Our CRT gaming monitors have been developed with common features and electronics across all sizes. They are designed with a
small footprint so that they can fit into machine makers’ existing cabinets. The main electronics board measures a mere 20 x 25
cm, but is packed with features such as digital computer-grade video quality; built-in power, deflection, and video test; multilingual
remote on-screen display (OSD); and universal auto-switching power supply.
