PS - Program Status

Purpose:

Returns the status of the user program. If a user program is running, PS returns the

number of user program threads:

 0 if the user program is halted.

 –1 if no user program thread is running.

 –2 if no user program is ready to run.

Attributes: Type: Status report, Integer
