To make the PTZ camera function correctly, please follow the instructions below:
1. Connect the PTZ to RS485 port (via RS485 Adapter).
2. Set PTZ” Status to “Enable”
3. Set the COM port that you use to connect to PTZ.
3. Select PTZ Model according to the PTZ you install.
3. Refer to the user manual of PTZ to setup the baud rate and ID.
Now, you can control the PTZ camera using the control panel in this page.
: Focus near
: Focus far
: Auto focus
Preset function:
1. Select preset point 1.
2. Move the PTZ camera to the position 1 using the panel.
3. Click “save”.
4. Select other preset points and follow the same procedure to set up.
5. Totally we support 128 preset points.
Auto-Pan function:
1. Click “Set Pan Start”
2. Move the PTZ camera, the PTZ will remember the path.
3. Click “Set Pan End”.

Note
1. Preset and Auto-pan function is different from protocol to protocol.
2. The above example is given using Yoko protocol for example.
3. If user selects Eyeview PTZ model, please set Baud Rate as 2400
in DVR and physically set the PTZ protocol as Pelco D in Eyeview
PTZ according to the Eyeview’s user manual. If it still can’t work,
please contact your PTZ supplier to check the firmware in your
PTZ is latest version.
