Pre-Assembly Preparation: Please read through this instruction booklet before beginning assembly of this item. Two adults are recommended for assembly. • Clear out the space for assembly and lay out all parts on Parts List, extra room will allow you to easily determine if all the pieces are present. • Save all packing materials until assembly is complete to avoid accidentally discarding smaller parts or hardware. • Keep small parts and pieces away from children and pets until fully assembled.
Parts List A Ottoman Body (1) D Spring Washers (8) B Wood Legs ( 4 ) E Bolts (8) C Flat Washers (8) F Allen Key (1) 4
Step 1-- Remove all parts from the carton and place them on a protected surface or carpet. Insert the Wood Leg (B) into the bottom of the Seat Cushion (A) as shown and connect with Bolts (E), Spring Washers (D) and Flat Washers (C). Do not tighten bolts fully until you have completed assembly. Place the bench upright on level floor. Make any necessary adjustments to frame to ensure bench sits flat on floor without rocking, then tighten all bolts securely with Allen Key (F).
Step 2-- Place bench upright on level floor, then the assembly is completed.
Limited Warranty The exceptions or exclusions to this warranty are: • Upholstery material and foam cushion material is warranted against defects in material and workmanship Millwork Holdings seating products are warranted against for a period of one year, beginning on the date of defects in material and workmanship while owned by the purchase as shown on the original sales receipt. “Original Purchaser”.
