HOW TO USE PRESET FUNCTION (DELAY TIMER) This function allows you to begin cooking up to 24 hours later. You can use the “Preset” setting with Slow Cook, Steam, Rice, Stew, Roast and Keep Warm. CAUTION: Perishable foods such as meat, poultry, fish, cheese and dairy products cannot be left at room temperature for more than 2 hours. HINTS AND TIPS 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. Cooking times can vary based on the ingredients, the temperature selected, and the temperature of the inner pot. Always use non-metal utensils in the inner pot. Metal utensils may damage the non-stick coating of the inner pot. For even browning, make sure that food is placed in an even layer on the bottom of the inner pot or on the stainless steel rack. Cooked foods may not brown or get as golden on top compared to a conventional oven.
CLEANING & MAINTENANCE The Multi Cooker should be cleaned thoroughly after every use. 1. Unplug the unit from the electrical outlet. 2. NEVER IMMERSE THE MAIN BODY HOUSING IN WATER OR ANY OTHER LIQUID. 3. To clean the main body housing and the control panel, wipe clean with a damp cloth. CAUTION: Do not allow water to seep into the LCD control panel as that may damage the appliance. 4. Wash the inner pot, stainless steel rack, and the tempered glass lid with warm, soapy water.

Of apple cider and cornstarch together in small bowl. Pour into the Multi Cooker's Inner pot. Using the SAUTÉ function, bring cornstarch mixture and rest of apple cider, mustard and cloves to a boil. Stir until thickened. Coat Ham in mixture, cover and refrigerate for 4 hours up to overnight.
BAKING RECIPES PIZZA CASSEROLE (SERVES 6-8) 2 cups uncooked egg noodles 1/2 pound lean ground beef 1 onion, chopped 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 green bell pepper, chopped 1 cup sliced pepperoni sausage 16 ounces pizza sauce 4 tablespoons milk 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Cook noodles according to package directions (you can use the Multi Cooker's SAUTÉ function to boil pasta and set aside).

Add dry ingredients in 4 additions, alternating with 3 additions of the buttermilk mixture, scraping the sides of the bowl as necessary. Stir until just combined. Spoon batter into prepared cupcake tins. Fill them 2/3 to 3/4 full, which will create nice, rounded tops. Pour water into the Multi Cooker's Inner pot. Place Steam Rack into bottom of Inner pot. Place Muffin Tray onto the steam rack.
BAKING RECIPES (cont.) In a large mixing bowl, cream together cream cheese and butter. Beat in vanilla and milk (start with 1 tbsp and add additional if you wish to thin the frosting), then add in the confectioners’ sugar gradually until the frosting reaches your desired consistency (make it a bit stiffer if you wish by adding additional sugar). Fill a pastry bag with a star tip, or a ziploc bag with the corner snipped off, and pipe frosting onto cooled cupcakes.
SOUS VIDE RECIPES Always follow the temperature and cook time chart provided for the Sous Vide. For finishing off recipes, we recommend searing the meat with a hot iron skillet, a butane cooking torch, a broiler or an open flame barbeque grill for best results. RIB EYE ROAST (PRIME RIB) 3 lb Rib eye, roast round 3 garlic clove 1 tbsp Wasabi mustard 1 ½ tbsp. black pepper, ground 2 ½ tbsp. sea salt 1 tbsp olive oil, Sear the outside of the roast.
SOUS VIDE RECIPES (cont.) Place the tenderloin into a sealing bag. Add the remaining ingredients into the sealing bag. Mix well to coat the tenderloin. Vacuum seal bag making sure no air is trapped inside. In SOUS VIDE mode, set the temperature according to the cooking chart and set timer to 2 hours or according to the cooking chart. Once the water has reached the required temperature, the unit will beep. Add the bag with the tenderloin and all ingredients into the water bath.
SOUS VIDE RECIPES (cont.) bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce the heat to medium and, still stirring frequently, simmer until the mixture has reduced and is thick and syrupy. Allow the coffee/peach mixture to cool a bit, then season to taste with the red pepper flakes and salt. Place the pork belly into a sealing bag. Add the coffee/peach mixture. Rub thoroughly to cover the pork. Vacuum seal bag making sure no air is trapped inside.

CITRUS & THYME DUCK BREAST 2 6-ounce duck breasts with skin 1 orange, peeled zest and juice 1 lemon, peeled zest only 4 cloves garlic, crushed 1 shallot, quartered 4 sprigs fresh thyme 1 tbsp black peppercorns 1 tbsp sherry vinegar 1 cup chicken broth 2 tablespoons cold unsalted butter Place the duck into a vacuum seal bag. Add the orange zest and juice, lemon zest, garlic, shallot, thyme, and peppercorns into the bag. Vacuum seal bag making sure no air is trapped inside.
SOUS VIDE RECIPES (cont.) Finishing the turkey, preheat the oven to bake at 350 F. Remove the turkey from the pouch and move to a roasting pan with a raised rack. Set aside the cooking liquid. Roast the turkey within the oven for 1 hour 30 minutes until the skin is golden. Use the set aside liquid to make a savory gravy. Reheat in a sauce pan over medium heat, and simmer until desired thickness.
