Telephone Entry Details
• Directory Code: Select tenant’s directory code.
• Phone No.: Enter phone number associated with the
directory code.
• Extn: Enter any extension that needs to be entered to
access the tenant’s telephone.
• Time Delay Seconds: Enter any time delay required
for the extension (0-30 seconds).
• “Call Forwarding” Check Box: Check box if Call
Forwarding is enabled, leave unchecked if Call
Forwarding is disabled.
• Time Zone: Select a Time Zone associated with the
Call Forwarding feature.
• Phone No.: Enter telephone number the unit is to call
in a Call Forwarding situation.
• Extn: Enter any extension associated with the Call Forwarding telephone number extension.
• Time Delay Seconds: Enter any time delay required to access the Call Forwarding telephone number.
• “Do Not Disturb” Check Box: Check the Do Not Disturb check box if DND will be enabled. Leave it unchecked if
it is disabled.
• Time Zone: Enter any time zone restriction associated with the Do Not Disturb function.
• “Active” Check Box: Check box if the telephone entry details are enabled, leave unchecked if they are disabled.
• Start Date: Enter start date that the telephone entry details become active.
• End Date: Enter end date when the telephone entry details will become inactive.
• Display Name: Select name to be displayed in transactions associated with the telephone entry details.
• Select: Select the Display Info of the tenants assigned to this directory code.
NOTE: Up to 15 tenants can be assigned to the same directory code.
