UNIT MANAGEMENT
Holidays
This feature enables you to program the EL25 with up to 16
holiday dates that replace existing schedules (e.g.,
auto-lock/unlock and card/code entry schedules) during the
defined date. Click here for a screen shot. For information on

• Number: Organizes the time zones into a numerical
format.
• Holiday: Used to define the Holiday with a descriptive
name.
• Date: Used to define the date that the holiday is to take
place (i.e., January 1, 2005)
• Description: Used to enter a brief description of the
holiday.

Time Zones
Time Zones (a.k.a. Schedules ) allow you to create time
periods to grant or deny access to a building or complex.
Time Zones may be assigned to access codes (e.g., entry
codes, cards, etc.) or doors. Time Zones are created and
edited using the Time Zone Screen.
• Number: Organizes the time zones into a numerical
format.
• Name: Used to define the Time Zone with a
descriptive name.
• Description: Allows you to enter a brief explanation
of the time zone.
• Segment Details: This area allows you to define the
settings of the selected time zone.
