Translucent Deflector

This deflector helps to even
the hotspot of any accessory.
Note : green, blue and purple all
absorb heat rapidly and may melt.
Elinchrom is the only system with the central
umbrella fi tting which gives photographers the
freedom to modify the hardness / softness of
their lights easily. These defl ectors can elimi-
nate, soften or tone sharp shadow edges. Very
effi cient with Rotalux softboxes.
DIFFUSING FILTERS
Add extra softness. The di users
are available in three sizes. Manu-
factured from spun glass material to
provide resistance to heat.
POLARIZING FILTERS
The rotating facility of the Accessory
Holder means that Elinchrom units can
be successfully polarized to help
control refl ections and unwanted
highlights. Polarizing fi lters absorb heat
so reduce modelling lamp power
whenever possible.
