Power level (pre-set)
Description
Melting
Identifies a power level suitable to slowly melt delicate products without
compromising the sensory characteristics (chocolate,
butter, etc.).
Warming
Identifies a power level suitable to gently maintain the temperature of food,
without reaching boiling temperatures.
Simmer
Identifies a power level suitable for simmering dishes for prolonged times.
Suitable for cooking tomato sauces, meat sauces, soups, minestrone,
maintaining a controlled cooking level (ideal for bain-marie cooking). Avoids
unpleasant spillage of food or possible burns on the bottom, typical of these
preparations.
Use this function after bringing food to boil.
