Pilato features an elegantly rounded front that softens the unit’s striking angles and “pro kitchen” proﬁ le.

Available in 30" or 36" width, Pilato features include a powerful 600 CFM blower, halogen lighting with 2 light

intensities, dishwasher-safe anodized aluminum mesh ﬁ lters and high-tech multi-function LCD controls that

deliver convenience and safety. Pilato’s 22 5/8" depth and greater air capture capacity make the unit an excellent

choice over pro-style stoves. Add bafﬂ e slot ﬁ lters (available accessory) for greater airﬂ ow and grease capture

when using over pro-style stoves. Designed for standard ducted installation, Pilato can also be installed as a

recirculating system using the Recirculating Kit, available as an accessory.
