Universal Battery
Charger/Discharger

universal chargers. Using
this kit, NiCd and NiMH
batteries of different
voltages can be charged
both quickly (52 minutes)
and normally (14 hours).
In order to ensure that the battery is fully discharged
prior to charging and thus has a longer life cycle, an
