INSTALLATION
INSTRUCTIONS
For
Use
With
EOD's
Widespread
Lavatory
Faucet
with
or
without
Pop-Up
BEFORE BEGINNING INSTALLATION
1.
Flush
both
supply lines
to
clear
any
debris.

Shut off
both
supply lines after
flushing.

Remove
the
Tee
Connector
and
spout
mounting
hardware
from
spout.
3.
From
the
top
of
the
sink
insert
the
spout
base
ring
(if
applicable)
and
spout
through
the
center
hole.
Slip
the
spout
mounting
hardware
back
onto
the
spou~
hand
tighten
lock
nut
Insert
the
pop-up
rod
through
the
hole
in
the
back
or
top
of
the
spout
(see
pop-up
installation
below).
Rotate
the
notched
metal
washer,
to
insure
smooth
movement
of
the
pop-up
rod.
Tighten
the
brass
lock
nu~
test
pop-up
rod
for
ease
of
operation.
5.
Hot
and
Cold
Stem
assemblies
are
easily
Identifiable
by
a
Red(Hot)
or
Blue(Cold)
band,
insert
stem
assembly
through
side
holes
from
below
making
sure
to
have
bottom
nut
and
metal
washer
threaded
on
stem
assembly.

Sparingly
apply
a
small
bead
of
silicon
caulking
around
the
center
hole
on
top
of
the
sink
(
do
not
use
Plumber's
Putty
as
it
may
damage
finish
and
void
warranty).

Place
the tee
connector
washer
and
thread
tee
connector
on
to
spout
shank.
6.
While
holding
from
under
the
sink
install
trim
ring
and
thread
escutcheon
on
to
stem
assembly,
adj.1st
to
a
suitable
height
to
allow
sufficient
space
for
handle
to
operate
smoothly.
Tighten
bottom
nu~
please
make
sure
to
align
direction
of
lever
handles
before
tightening
stem.

Silicone Sealant

Attach
flexible
hoses
to
the
outiet
port
of
hot
and
cold
valve
assembly,
You
may
need
to
loop
the
hoses
as
shown
on
graphic
and
be
caution
not
to
overtighten.

Install
Pop-up
assembly
as
per
instructions
below.
Install
flange
body
up
through
the
drain
opening,
hold
the
drain
flange
body
in
position
with
pivot
rod
opening
facing
the
back
of
sink
and
hand
tighten
the
mounting
nut

Guide
the
pivot
rod
through
one
of
the
holes
on
the
lift
rod
strap
and
secure
it
with
the
spring
clip.
Then
adj.Isl
the
height
of
the
lift
rod
by
resetting
the
clevis
screw.
With
lift
rod
in
position
on
the
fauce~
insert
lift
rod
through
lift
rod
strap
and
secure
with
the
clevis
screw.
Warning!!!
•
Do
not
over-tighten
nut
during
installation.
•
Over-tighten
may
crack
the
valve
and
cause
severe
leak.

8.
Apply
Teflon
tape
on
all
male
threading
and
install
inlet
supply
lines
(not
included)
to
bottom
inlet
port
of
hot
and
cold
valve
assembly.
10.
Place
pivot
rod
into
pivot
rod
opening.
Slide
pivot
nut
over
pivot
rod
and
thread
it
on
the
drain
body.
Tighten
firmly.
12.
Once
connections
have
been
made
turn
on
water
supply
and
check
for
leaks.
If
no
leakage
remove
aerator
from
spout
and
turn
the
handles
to
the
full
open
position,
let
the
water
run
for
at
least
30
seconds.
Replace
aerator
