APPENDIX A: MACHINES

BD SHARP
TUNE (Tune) sets the pitch of the oscillator.
STIM (Sweep Time) sets the pitch sweep time.
SDEP (Sweep Depth) sets the depth of the pitch sweep.
DEC (Decay) sets the length of the decay phase.
WAVE (Waveform) sets the waveform. There are five waveforms to choose from (Sine, Asymmetric
Sine, Triangle, Sinetooth and Sawtooth), and there is a choice between letting the oscillator run freely,
or have it reset each time the synth is trigged (wave graphics showed with an anchor point on the LCD)
HOLD (Hold Time) sets the length of the hold phase.
TICK (Tick Level) sets the level of transient tick.
OVER (Overdrive) sets the gain amount into the analog overdrive.
BD HARD
TUNE (Tune) sets the pitch of the oscillator.
STIM (Sweep Time) sets the pitch sweep time. The depth of the sweep is fixed.
SNAP (Snap Amount) sets the snap transient level.
DEC (Decay) sets the length of the decay phase.
WAV (Waveform) sets the oscillator waveform to sine, asymmetric sine or triangle. (0, 1, 2)
HOLD (Hold Time) sets the hold time, the time before the decay phase starts.
TICK (Tick Level) sets the level of the transient tick.
OVER (Overdrive) sets the gain amount into the analog overdrive.
SD FM
TUNE (Tune) sets the pitch of the first (modulated) oscillator.
FM T (FM Tune) sets the pitch of the second (modulating) oscillator.
