Once the scan is nished, one of the following results may appear:
• No PS 2000 B detected

In case no unit was detected, please check if the PS2000 unit is properly connected to the PC
(USB cable plugged correctly), if the driver is installed completely and if the device is listed in
the device manager:
Windows XP:
Start (or desktop)  Right-click „Computer“  Properties  Tab „Hardware“  Button „Device
manager“
Windows Vista / Windows 7:
Start (or desktop)  Right-click „Computer“  Properties  Link „Device manager“ or type
„device manager“ in the search bar and select it from the result list
