4.4 Selecting a view mode

You can select from three different control GUI views:

Select those views from the menu „View“. The views Standard and Compact show a graphical

user interface, which corresponds to the front view of the device. The control elements (buttons,

knobs) have the same function as the ones on the device. The little USB plug, depicted on the po-

sition of the USB socket, can additionally be used to switch between manual and remote control

of the device. The lastly selected view mode is stored for the next start.

Details about the views by examples from the GUI as shown when using device with single output:

• Standard view

This view is the standard view after the installation of the application. Besides the device front,

it has additional input boxes to enter the set values U set (voltage), I set (current), OVP set

(overvoltage protection threshold) and OCP (overcurrent protection threshold) set directly,

plus two buttons.

Button: Set remote/ Set local switches remotely between manual and remote control

Button: Set output on/off switches the device DC output remotely on/off

only accessible when remote control is activated
