3.7 Loading and saving a user prole
The menu “Proles”servestoselectbetweenadefaultproleandupto5userproles.Aproleisacollectionof
allsettingsandsetvalues.Upondelivery,orafterareset,all6proleshavethesamesettingsandallsetvalues
are0.Iftheuserchangessettingsorsetstargetvaluesthenthesecreateaworkprolewhichcanbesavedto
oneofthe5userproles.Theseprolesorthedefaultonecanthenbeswitched.Thedefaultproleisread-only.
Loadingthedefaultproleisequivalenttoareset.
Thepurposeofaproleistoloadasetofsetvalues,settingslimitsandmonitoringthresholdsquicklywithout
havingtoreadjustthese.AsallHMIsettingsaresavedintheprole,includinglanguage,aprolechangecanalso
be accompanied by a change in HMI language.
Oncallingupthemenupageandselectingaprolethemostimportantsettingscanbeseen,butnotchanged.
► How to save the current values and settings (work prole ) as a user prole
1. Switch off the DC output and push button to call the
setup menu.
2. In the menu navigate to “Proles” and push .
3. Inthesubmenu(seeguretotheright)selectauserprole(1-5)tosavetoandpush again.
4. From the selection on screen chose “Save settings into Prole n”andoverwritethatprolewiththecurrent
settingsandvaluesbyconrmingwith .
► How to load a user prole
1. Switch off the DC output and push button to call the

2. In the menu navigate to “Proles” and push .
3. Inthesubmenu(seeguretotheright)selectauserprole(1-5)toloadandpush again.
4. In the screen you can now select “View Prole n” in order to check the stored settings and to decide, whether
thisproleisgoingtobeloadedornot.Navigateto“Load Prole n”andconrmwith tonallyload
theproleintotheworkprole.
